Purpose of data processing:

The holder has the right to obtain from the person responsible for the treatment the erasure of his personal data, without undue delay, and he has the obligation to erase the personal data, without undue delay, when any of the reasons set out in article 17 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, namely when the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing of data is based and if there is no other legal basis for said processing.
